A former Milan industrial area of 20 thousand square meters, a meeting place for anyone who
wants to develop creativity and connections in the industries of fashion and design.
The project is an outstanding and innovative example of successful integration of industrial buildings into natural landscapes. Its main objective was to reorganize the company’s distribution and logistic offices. The reception area and offices are located on the first and mezzanine floors, while an elegant stairway positioned behind the glass facade leads to the ground floor showroom.The stairs have a wing-like appearance that reflects both the industrial style and the building’s inherent lightness. The architectural project focuses on enhancing the side facing the courtyard, which had not been addressed previously. Steel, concrete, and wood finishes complete the material palette for this post-industrial project.
