PINE COURT RESIDENCE - 2023

The original home consisted of two wings – one for the bedroom and the other for the kitchen,
family, laundry, and guest. The bedroom wing underwent an expansion over three levels, which
now includes a two-car garage, primary suite, two secondary bedrooms, an open office, and a
guest room with a separate bath. The wing is connected through a new open-riser stair that
connects all levels. The exterior of the house blends well with the existing materials and texture, while the interior reflects a clean Scandinavian aesthetic. To allow ample natural light, vaulted interior spaces and generous windows were incorporated into the home’s design.
