Villa Giuseppina

Villa Giuseppina was built at the end of 1888, in accordance with the architectural and aesthetic principles of the Belle Époque era. It was constructed under the shade of a hundred-year-old acacia tree and offers stunning views of the town of Bellagio and the beautiful Lake Como landscape. The Villa boasts a private pool and parkland with breathtaking views across the lake. Villa Giuseppina features a discreet Liberty style, with some themes inspired by the later Art Deco movement. This can be seen in the use of materials such as iron and glass in the veranda, floral decorations on the neo-sixteenth century windows, and the circular gazebo.
The Villa has recently undergone a grand transformation, with the aim of creating an Italian home that reflects the rich heritage of Lake Como. It successfully blends history and tradition with modern comfort.

The Villa’s private parkland and pool have spectacular views across the lake. Villa Giuseppina presents a discrete Liberty style, with some themes taken from the later Decò, which can be appreciated from making use of materials like iron and glass at the veranda, floral motive decorations on the neo-sixteenth century windows and on the circular shape of the gazebo.

The Villa’s recent grand transformation was completed with the vision to create an Italian house that reflects the rich heritage of Lake Como and is able to combine the history and the tradition with the modern comfort.
